All-you-can-eat brunch

Our all-you-can-eat brunch is APEGO’s signature experience: a big homemade buffet that changes with the seasons. Colourful salads, pinsas, mini quiches, hot dishes, scrambled eggs, cheese boards from small producers, mezze, granola, light yet indulgent desserts, homemade iced tea and lemonade with no added refined sugar: everything is made on site from fresh, carefully sourced ingredients. A relaxed, friendly break where you can share a tasty, complete and balanced meal in a soft, bright setting. Drinks à la carte: biodynamic wines and champagne at an extra charge.
