The all-you-can-eat brunch is Apégo's signature experience: a large, homemade buffet that changes with the seasons. Fluffy pancakes, colorful salads, hot dishes, light and indulgent desserts, biodynamic wines, homemade iced tea and lemonade with no added refined sugar: everything is prepared on-site using fresh, carefully sourced ingredients. And to extend the pleasure, discover our drunch – the evening brunch-dinner, served Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6 pm. A convivial and relaxed interlude, where you can share a delicious, complete, and balanced meal in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Drinks are available à la carte: biodynamic champagnes are an additional charge.
